Wear something you can move in, sweat in and feel comfortable in. Don’t forget about your feet! Wear cross trainers or aerobic shoes to absorb shock, support your feet and help prevent injuries.
Some strength training moves are done on the floor, so using an exercise mat with a non-slip surface is ideal.
You will also be using weights in this class for strength training. We recommend building up to using this equipment. Routines can be done without equipment – just work to your own limits and enjoy your class! We have some weights and a mat to borrow at class for your first class.
And, of course, don’t forget your towel and water bottle!
